We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Leader to spearhead our growth initiatives in staffing and recruitment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the staffing industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to expand business operations both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth in the staffing and recruitment sector.
    • Identify new market opportunities and design strategies for expansion into domestic and global markets.
  2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    • Strong client portfolio and resource network.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Lead client negotiations and close high-value deals to meet revenue targets.
  3. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in both domestic and international markets.
    • Utilize market insights to inform business development strategies and decision-making.
  4. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing 360 consulting team.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, ensuring team members achieve their individual and collective goals.
  5. Global Expansion:
    • Develop and execute strategies for entering and expanding in new international markets.
    • Navigate regulatory requirements and cultural nuances to successfully establish and grow operations overseas.
  6. Partnerships and Alliances:
    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance service offerings and market reach.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner capabilities into overall business strategy.
  7. Financial Management:
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the business development function.
    • Ensure that all activities align with overall company financial goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding business operations both domestically and internationally.
  • Strong understanding of staffing/recruitment processes, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Experience with market research, analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business development tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
