Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform site system engineer roles to coordinate with stakeholders for project activities.
  2. Conduct deployment, installation, commissioning, integration, and testing activities on site.
  3. Install, test, and implement systems according to specifications and service level requirements, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
  4. Manage system changes through an established change request process, including impact assessment, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
  5. Respond promptly to incidents, conduct investigations, and provide timely resolutions, keeping relevant parties informed.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement measures to prevent recurrence, monitoring their effectiveness.
  7. Monitor and measure system performance and availability, using appropriate tools and methodologies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  8. Maintain and monitor service levels, document system configurations, and provide regular reports.
  9. Develop and implement service continuity measures, including backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery plans.
  10. Possess troubleshooting skills for issues related to PSIM, CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and network infrastructure (preferred).
Must-have Skills:
  • Experience in frontend system configuration and setup, including Bio configuration, Symantec Anti-virus updates, Linux OS patches, application updates, and basic computer/network maintenance in offline environments.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Holds Nitec, Higher Nitec, diploma, or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or IT from a recognized institution.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
