A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Admin & HR Assistant to provide essential administrative support and assist with HR tasks. The role involves managing payroll, coordinating vendor services, and supporting training programs. Ideal candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong teamwork skills.
Admin & HR Assistant
5 days (Monday-Friday)
Location: Tuas
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3200
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including document filing, data entry, and records management.
Handle incoming calls, transferring them appropriately and recording messages when necessary.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of services (e.g., water dispensers, cleaning, office plants, floor mats, and staff transport).
Manage monthly food voucher distribution for eligible employees.
Monitor and restock pantry supplies and office stationery.
Assist with payroll processing, including attendance tracking and overtime calculations.
Facilitate training programs, from sourcing to registration and administrative support.
Support work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiar with HR tasks and able to support the HR department effectively.
Able to work well in a team
