A leading security solutions provider is seeking a dedicated professional to manage client relationships and oversee security operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining service quality, and coordinating with law enforcement during crises. Ideal candidates will assist in developing policies and support investigations while fostering a positive environment for staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
Serve as key point of client contact to ensure delivery of high quality customer service for assigned site. Evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner.
Overall administrative role of the local outsourced security team and close liaison to the company which provides the security unit.
Maintain a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures and act to ensure that all staff members understand and comply by these.
Assists in maintaining Quality in all Security operations and assist in project management for Security.
Initiate and update policies, procedures and all work instructions.
Conducts regular, random and surprise checks/inspections of Security operations and self audits as directed.
Assists in developing, implementation and management of the Security Loss Reporting Program to ensure appropriate and timely loss notification by client business units.
Oversee and coordinate any special functions or events on or off site for the client.
Act as liaison between local law enforcement agencies and management during crisis situations.
Assists in Executive Protection Services as required
Assists in developing quality indicators and submits periodic reports to client Security Management.
Attends training courses and/or professional sponsored programs and seminars
Support investigations, ERT activities, and Business Continuity Program
