A leading sports organization is seeking a Finance and Administration Officer to manage accounts and office administration. The role involves financial planning, invoice processing, and supporting cricket events. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in a relevant field and experience in accounts and administration, preferably in a sports or non-profit setting.
Finance
Manage full set of Accounts
Assisting in financial planning & budgets preparation and timeline for grant progress outcome
Processing invoices, overseeing Accounts receivable and keep track on the SOA
Supporting AP for payment
Ensuring accurate transaction of data entries (MYOB)
Administration
Oversee general office administration: correspondence, scheduling, and documentation
Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, HR documents, and office records
Procure and manage office supplies cost-effectively
Provide administrative support for cricket events, meetings, and operational needs
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Minimum Diploma in Accounts, Business Administration, or a related field
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts and admin functions
Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and MOM guidelines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experienced in Accounts software (MYOB)
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Experience in a sports organization or non-profit sector is a plus
