Job description

Finance

  • Manage full set of Accounts

  • Assisting in financial planning & budgets preparation and timeline for grant progress outcome

  • Processing invoices, overseeing Accounts receivable and keep track on the SOA

  • Supporting AP for payment

  • Ensuring accurate transaction of data entries (MYOB)

Administration

  • Oversee general office administration: correspondence, scheduling, and documentation

  • Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, HR documents, and office records

  • Procure and manage office supplies cost-effectively

  • Provide administrative support for cricket events, meetings, and operational needs

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounts, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts and admin functions

  • Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and MOM guidelines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experienced in Accounts software (MYOB)

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude

  • Experience in a sports organization or non-profit sector is a plus
