Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Description:

• Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customer needs

• Act as a key communication link between customers and workshop to ensure responsiveness

• Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status

• Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing

• Provide excellent customer service to customers

• Any other ad-hoc job assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean Only

• Basic vehicle knowledge is required for this position.

• Great teammate with initiative and a positive attitude towards learning

• Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility

• Preferably, a valid class 3 driving license would be an advantage
