Data Planning Senior Analyst - AVP - SINGAPORE

The Data Analytics Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. It applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflows for the area or function. The role integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area and requires an in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function, as well as how to coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.

The role involves evaluating moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where developing an approach or taking action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Good analytical skills are necessary to filter, prioritize, and validate complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are also required. The individual often assumes informal or formal leadership roles within teams and may be involved in coaching and training new recruits. The impact of work can be significant in terms of project size, geography, etc., influencing decisions through advice, counsel, or facilitating services within the area of specialization. The performance and work of all teams in the area are directly affected by the individual's performance.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the Global Lead - Wealth D&A on corporate strategy, cross-border initiatives, and business transformation efforts.
• Lead and manage the team to ensure seamless daily operations and effective cross-functional coordination.
• Design and execute operational plans aligned with company objectives, setting clear goals and priorities.
• Oversee team performance and development, identifying growth opportunities and skill gaps.
• Prepare high-quality materials for executive meetings, including presentations, briefing documents, and reports, ensuring alignment with business strategy and company vision.
• Support business cadence by maintaining initiative trackers, defining and tracking performance metrics, and preparing updates for operating reviews and all-hands meetings.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to support the team and the objectives of the office.

• Define and create business dashboards to measure KPIs like developer productivity and empower data analytic capabilities across functional teams.
• Engage with product teams to document and socialize the roadmap and strategy.
• Build a community culture within the team by introducing developer community, culture club, public sharing events, and team-building activities.
• Drive the VOE survey and define an action plan based on the annual results.
