About the Role:
Our client is a Singapore headquartered technology company who is looking for a HR Director to join the team in their Singapore office. This is a group level role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies that support business sustained growth and long-term goals
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive organizational change and cultural transformation
Analyze workforce trends to inform strategic decisions and improve talent management processes
Develop and implement robust policies, processes, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency
Oversee all aspects of the HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, professional development, compensation, and compliance
Lead and manage a global HR team in regions including Asia, North America, and Europe
Foster an environment that encourages employee engagement and continuous growth
Build strong relationships with the Board, management, and employees

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in technology industry or MNC environment
Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives.
Strong leadership ability, executive presence, and excellent communication skills.
Proven expertise managing HR teams across diverse geographies and cultural contexts.
Experience managing HR for a large workforce globally
