Job description

As an Interaction/UX Designer, you are responsible for creating products that enhance user experiences. You will be part of an agile team responsible for products used by the Financial Industry and MAS officers for Financial Supervision functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and conduct user research activities to understand users' goals, behaviors, and needs.
  2. Develop models of your users based on research findings, as well as models for other domain factors.
  3. Define context scenarios and tell stories about ideal user experiences the team aims to achieve.
  4. Describe product or system capabilities and requirements that support users' goals and tasks, and illustrate how successful interactions look.
  5. Design the overall structure and behavior of the system, including information flows and workflows.
  6. Test and refine the product through evaluative research to ensure the design meets users' goals and allows task completion.
  7. Develop a sense of empathy for people.

  • Education in a Design Discipline (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications), HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
