Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all fit-out projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee interior fit-out projects from design phase to handover.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

  • Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.

  • Prepare project reports, budgets, and documentation.

  • Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.

  • Oversee subcontractor performance and quality control.

  • Address any project-related risks, delays, or cost overruns proactively.

  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management (commercial, hotels, schools).

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes in the fit-out industry.

  • Excellent project management skills, including scheduling and budgeting.

  • Ability to lead and coordinate teams efficiently.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges.

  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in luxury hotel, or office fit-out projects.

  • CSCPM certification is a plus.

  • Strong network of subcontractors and suppliers in the fit-out industry.
