Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all fit-out projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee interior fit-out projects from design phase to handover.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
Prepare project reports, budgets, and documentation.
Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.
Oversee subcontractor performance and quality control.
Address any project-related risks, delays, or cost overruns proactively.
Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management (commercial, hotels, schools).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes in the fit-out industry.
Excellent project management skills, including scheduling and budgeting.
Ability to lead and coordinate teams efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in luxury hotel, or office fit-out projects.
CSCPM certification is a plus.
Strong network of subcontractors and suppliers in the fit-out industry.
