ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keeping abreast of the latest sports news or trends in fashion while maintaining in-depth product knowledge and communicating to customers effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport and customer loyalty.
• Proactively follow up and execute day-to-day operations in-store to ensure seamless operations.
• Be presentable at all times in the selling area, adhering to grooming standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Retail/Sales in apparel/fashion/FW or FMCG retail.
• Secondary/Certificate in Retail Management.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
