About Us:

Role Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and adaptable individuals to join our team as Pioneer Staff Members in establishing the foundation of our operations, shaping our culture, and ensuring the successful setup and execution of our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new clients, distributors, and drive sales channels to expand the company's product reach.

• Train and manage a network of distributors and affiliates.

• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.

• Reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products.

• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Address customer inquiries regarding company policies, products, sales, and after-sales support.

• Update and manage the company’s membership system, ensuring timely updates on products and membership benefits.

• Plan and execute marketing activities, including promotions and campaigns.

• Other marketing-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred.

• Minimum diploma qualification.

• At least 2 years of sales experience.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to support communication with diverse clients.

• Possess a passion for beauty, strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.

• Experience in planning, coordinating and executing promotional events, product launches and marketing campaign

• Experience in beauty or health supplement sales is a plus.

Others:

• 5 day work week but requires weekend work if needed

• Office located in the heart of town
