Children's Complex and Home Care Services (CCHS) is seeking an organized and dedicated Executive. This key position combines administrative excellence with healthcare programme coordination, offering you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to children's healthcare delivery in the community.
Coordinate complex patient appointments and manage scheduling systems, including synchronizing home visits with clinic sessions, optimizing healthcare resources, and maintaining effective communication with families and healthcare providers.
Handle billing processes and financial documentation with meticulous attention to detail, including accurate charge capture, verification of billing codes, and maintenance of complete financial records for audit purposes.
Provide administrative support to the programme to ensure fulfillment of all responsibilities necessary to meet programme goals.
Support budget planning and administration through monitoring of programme expenditure, working closely with Finance and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Maintain and update patient databases and equipment inventory management systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping, equipment tracking, and compliance with data protection guidelines.
Provide secretariat support for department meetings, including scheduling of meetings, minute-taking and follow-up actions.
Monitor compliance with hospital-wide initiatives (ISO, BCP, HQSS).
Provide administrative support to Head of Service and undertake miscellaneous job-related duties or projects as assigned.
Ensure coverage of duties for seamless continuity of programme.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder with min 2 years’ relevant experienceOR Diploma with 8 years’ relevant experience
Relevant working experience in healthcare administration is preferred
Experience in Microsoft Excel, the Outpatient Administration System (OAS), and Epic would be advantageous.
Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proven ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
High level of initiative and positive attitude
