Leading power generation company

Duration: 12 months, extendable/convertible

Working Location: Somerset (walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities

1. Work on process reengineering and improvement
2. Collaborate with other teams for process reengineering
3. Define the impact of new proposed processes
4. Develop business operation cases
5. Lead organizational change initiatives, including training and support, to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
6. Manage all project documentation
7. Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to enhance online presence

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Expertise in process optimization, automation, and integrating analytics with modern technology solutions
• Ability to simplify complex workflows, eliminate redundancies, and facilitate accountability through clear decision-making
• Ability to evaluate business processes and develop effective digital solutions
• Knowledge of digital technologies such as AI and enterprise software
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn market insights into strategies
• Good team player, capable of navigating complex and dynamic environments
• Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external providers
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities
