Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Works closely with Departments to understand competencies required for job openings to meet growing recruitment needs and manages the recruitment process.

  • Proactively source talents from all channels (i.e., Job Fairs/Employer branding events, etc) for outreach programs.

  • Assists in developing and implementing HR analytics in reviewing the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.

  • Performs on-boarding (for example, prepares employment-related documents, work pass applications) and off-boarding processes (exit interviews, work pass cancellations, etc).

  • Assists in identifying competency gaps and proposes appropriate training programs for Departments.

  • Maintains staff training records and assists in training administration (course registration, payment, submission for subsidies, etc).

  • Secretariat for ESG initiatives.

  • Performs monthly payroll, timesheet, staff, and governmental claims/allowances processing, and month-end payroll reports.

  • Manages office and facility administration matters such as office cleaning, staff canteen operations, etc.

  • Ensures the canteen sanitation programme is carried out well by regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource and/or Facility Management disciplines.

  • Friendly and approachable.

  • Independent, resourceful, confident with the ability to multitask.

  • Able to respond and adapt well to changing situations.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration areas.

  • Good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and practices.

  • Organized, with attention to detail, and proficient with numbers.
