Job Responsibilities
Works closely with Departments to understand competencies required for job openings to meet growing recruitment needs and manages the recruitment process.
Proactively source talents from all channels (i.e., Job Fairs/Employer branding events, etc) for outreach programs.
Assists in developing and implementing HR analytics in reviewing the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.
Performs on-boarding (for example, prepares employment-related documents, work pass applications) and off-boarding processes (exit interviews, work pass cancellations, etc).
Assists in identifying competency gaps and proposes appropriate training programs for Departments.
Maintains staff training records and assists in training administration (course registration, payment, submission for subsidies, etc).
Secretariat for ESG initiatives.
Performs monthly payroll, timesheet, staff, and governmental claims/allowances processing, and month-end payroll reports.
Manages office and facility administration matters such as office cleaning, staff canteen operations, etc.
Ensures the canteen sanitation programme is carried out well by regulations.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource and/or Facility Management disciplines.
Friendly and approachable.
Independent, resourceful, confident with the ability to multitask.
Able to respond and adapt well to changing situations.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration areas.
Good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and practices.
Organized, with attention to detail, and proficient with numbers.
