About The Role:

The Events Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from ideation and budgeting to logistics and post-event analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, timelines, and project workflows.
  2. Manage end-to-end logistics for a diverse range of events, including product launches, client community events, MICE events, and other corporate or brand-driven experiences.
  3. Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, venues, speakers, and partners to ensure all elements of the event are aligned and executed seamlessly.
  4. Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  5. Handle on-site event management, setup, guest registration, technical support, troubleshooting, and teardown.
  6. Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports, including ROI analysis and participant feedback.
  7. Keep abreast of event industry trends, tools, and innovations to continuously improve event strategy and engagement.
