Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary range: $3,000 - $4,000

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)

  • Location: Jurong East

Job Description:

  • Identify and acquire new clients while expanding relationships with existing accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication, client visits, and excellent service.

  • Conduct sales calls, prepare tailored proposals and quotations, and promote company services.

  • Handle daily inquiries, process orders, and manage data entry in internal systems.

  • Monitor market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and support strategic planning.

  • Compile and present weekly/monthly sales reports and assist in preparing KPI updates.

  • Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery; attend overseas trips, events, and exhibitions as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a business development or sales

  • Knowledge in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry a plus but not a must.

  • Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, customs regulations, and logistics solutions a plus but not a must.

  • Successful track record of surpassing revenue milestones
