With a growing impact on both local and international policy solutions, they are now seeking a Development Manager - Strategic Donor Engagement to drive their efforts in cultivating and expanding donor relationships, ensuring sustainable funding to support their long-term initiatives within the Singaporean context and globally.

Description

As the Development Manager, you will contribute to the organization's fundraising efforts by focusing on key donor engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the fundraising team to support the development and execution of strategic campaigns and initiatives.
  • Cultivating and deepening relationships with existing donors while identifying and securing new donor prospects.
  • Supporting the development of fundraising strategies aligned with the institution's mission and long-term objectives.
  • Overseeing and managing key donor engagement projects, ensuring their successful execution.
  • Working closely with senior leadership to align fundraising activities with the organization's goals and priorities.
  • Assisting in managing major gift fundraising efforts, including high-profile events and specific-purpose funding initiatives.
  • Creating meaningful donor experiences to foster long-term relationships and maximize financial contributions.
  • Conducting research on donor trends and best practices to ensure the continued development of effective strategies.

Profile

  • Proven fundraising experience in a non-profit or educational institution, preferably within the Singapore market.
  • Strong track record of raising major and principal level gifts from various income sources.
  • Experience managing concurrent priorities and executing projects within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent research, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
