Job Description
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
- Organise sales visits and presentations.
- Collaborate with project and engineering teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients' needs and objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, including quotations, strategies, and projected energy savings.
- Conduct project costing analysis and update project information regularly.
- Analyse, strategize, and prepare for tender submissions.
- Review and negotiate tender and contract terms.
- Attend site walks to assess project sites.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and implementation of solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing inquiries and challenges.
- Organise marketing events and participate in company-sponsored activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience in technical or consultancy sales, preferably in ACMV.
- Applicants with over 3 years of relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Sales position.
- Driven, proactive, with a positive attitude and a determined approach.
- Strong technical, organisational, and analytical skills.
