Job Description

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
  2. Organise sales visits and presentations.
  3. Collaborate with project and engineering teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients' needs and objectives.
  4. Prepare comprehensive proposals, including quotations, strategies, and projected energy savings.
  5. Conduct project costing analysis and update project information regularly.
  6. Analyse, strategize, and prepare for tender submissions.
  7. Review and negotiate tender and contract terms.
  8. Attend site walks to assess project sites.
  9. Negotiate and close sales deals.
  10. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and implementation of solutions.
  11. Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing inquiries and challenges.
  12. Organise marketing events and participate in company-sponsored activities.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience in technical or consultancy sales, preferably in ACMV.
  3. Applicants with over 3 years of relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Sales position.
  4. Driven, proactive, with a positive attitude and a determined approach.
  5. Strong technical, organisational, and analytical skills.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  7. Initiative and a strong desire to learn.
  8. Ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team.
