Objective

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Campaign Marketing talent to oversee our retail campaign marketing operations and drive the execution of campaigns, events and projects in the retail business lines including luxury fashion, travel essentials and core duty free. This role will involve strategic planning, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills and a passion for building partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Marketing Operations, Campaign, and Project Management

  • Oversee the execution of Retail marketing operations, managing campaigns and projects from initial planning through to successful execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Campaign and Promotion KPIs

  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all Retail marketing campaigns and promotions, analyzing results to drive continuous improvement and ensure overall success.

Retail Marketing Events Management and Public Relations

  • Plan and execute marketing events that enhance our brand visibility and reputation.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of events and cultivate a positive public image through effective public relations strategies
  • Write and publish Press Releases for key events and updates for Retail

Brand Portfolio and Stewardship

  • Coordinate with Corporate and Commercial teams to maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all platforms.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including social media posts and promotional messaging, ensuring alignment with the brand's look, feel, tone of voice, and messaging.

Partnerships and Channel Development

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including landlords, travel networks, and payment networks, to optimize marketing channels and drive growth.

Vendor and Budget Management

  • Select and manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality and efficiency in all marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the budget for marketing campaigns and activations, ensuring financial efficiency and effective resource allocation.

  • Proven experience in campaign marketing, project management, and brand stewardship.
