Job description

Embark on an exciting journey and join our fast-growing Private Bank as a Private Bank Executive, supporting Bankers in servicing Private Bank Clients.

To Be Successful For The Role, You Should
  • CACS 1 & 2 certified and currently in a relevant role within Private Bank with an active MAS licence
  • Excellent communication skills for interactions with ultra-high net worth clients
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

This role is regulated by MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore).

Purpose of the Role

To establish and nurture profitable partnerships with corporate and individual clients, acting as the bridge between the bank's offerings and clients' needs for mutual benefit and long-term success.

Accountabilities
  • Manage client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance, supporting data analysis from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Research industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Design customized solutions addressing clients' specific needs, incorporating a range of bank products and services.
  • Communicate value propositions, justify recommendations, and negotiate beneficial terms for clients and the bank.
  • Provide guidance on financial decisions, offering investment advice, risk management, and wealth strategies, keeping clients informed on market trends.
  • Assess and minimize financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships.
  • Document all client interactions, transactions, and agreements for transparency and audit purposes.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and revenue metrics to evaluate relationship management effectiveness.
