Job description

We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual to support our ongoing project that looks at operating model changes and new business initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a team driving change, gaining experience in conducting gap analyses, deriving insights from data and project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior stakeholders, playing a crucial role in our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gap Analysis: Assist in identifying and documenting current processes, systems, and structures to highlight areas needing improvement or change.

  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze relevant data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancing best practices.

  • Insight Generation: Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.

  • Presentation Preparation: Create compelling presentations that summarize findings, insights, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments to gather information, understand their needs, and ensure alignment with objectives.

  • Documentation: Assist in documenting processes, strategies, and methodologies for future reference.

  • Support Communication Efforts: Assist in drafting communication materials to inform stakeholders about changes and gather feedback.

  • Research Best Practices: Conduct research on suitable methodologies and tools to identify best practices that can be applied to our project.

  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide general support to the team as needed, including meeting coordination and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

  • Strong skills in creating compelling presentations and data visualisation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
