Global B2B Sales Specialist – Luxury Fine Jewelry

Join a globally renowned fine jewelry brand rooted in elegance, precision, and craftsmanship. With a growing footprint across Singapore and key international markets, we are on the lookout for an energetic, results-driven Global B2B Sales Specialist to represent our distinguished collection and drive wholesale partnerships worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wholesale Relationship Management:
    Build, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with B2B clients globally.
  • Sales Operations:
    Manage end-to-end order processing—including quotation, shipment coordination, inventory control, and returns.
  • Export Documentation:
    Ensure accurate preparation of export documents and seamless international deliveries.
  • Event & Exhibition Coordination:
    Participate in global exhibitions from planning to execution; support setup, logistics, and lead follow-ups.
  • Stock & Inventory Oversight:
    Organize product logistics for events and monitor movement of inventory across sales channels.
  • Accounts Management:
    Oversee client accounts, follow up on payments, and manage receivables to minimize outstanding balances.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in international sales or luxury retail is a strong plus
  • Passionate about client engagement and delivering high-standard service
  • Willing to travel frequently for international trade shows and client visits
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Location: Singapore HQ (with international travel)
