Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the administrative team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications across departments.
  • Oversee office supplies, procurement, vendor relationships, and budget tracking.
  • Maintain organized records, filing systems, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new staff in administrative procedures.
  • Handle facility management tasks such as office maintenance and IT coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as requested by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3+ years in an administrative or office management role.
  • Skills:
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
    Ability to lead a team and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Preferred: Experience with budgeting, HR coordination, or facility management.
Work Environment:
  • Office-based position with standard working hours.
