Job description

Job Responsibilities


  • Perform full spectrum of talent acquisition activities.
  • Conduct thorough onboarding & off-boarding process.
  • Work closely with dept heads on job descriptions for their team’s responsibilities and job functions.
  • Perform payroll processes to ensure timely, accurate processing of the monthly payroll in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Work with dept heads to ensure that training and development objectives are aligned to organisational needs.
  • Identify critical roles and implement succession planning to ensure business continuity.
  • Compile compensation benchmarking data for analysis and manpower cost planning.
  • Ensure employment and personnel records are up to date.
  • Manage the company’s performance appraisal system.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set clear performance goals, track progress, and ensure timely completion of performance reviews.
  • Ensure sufficient collection of evidence and data for any disciplinary actions.
  • Liaise with and administer work pass application matters with Ministry of Manpower or any government agencies as may be the case.
  • Liaise with and administer work study program tie ups with educational institutions.
  • Manage the resource of IT equipment.
  • Well versed with Singapore legislation on Employment Act, CPF and IRAS.


Job Requirements


Diploma or Degree in HRM or related studies.

2 - 3 years of HR experiences will have an added advantage.

Experience in Infotech HR system is an added advantage.

Adaptability and willing to work in fast changing environment.
