Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features of jewellery items to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the jewellery display area
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Assist with stock replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to security and loss prevention.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
