- Operations and Customer Service:
- Ensuring product quality and availability.
- Overseeing retail inventory.
- Assisting customers whenever necessary.
- Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
- Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
- Supporting maintaining merchandise and a visual plan.
