Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management

  • Develop and implement forward-looking HR strategies and policies to support the group's international growth plans while being cost-effective.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and retention efforts, creating a seamless experience for all employees.

  • Ensuring clear communication and coordination between Singaporean, Korean and pan-Asian workforces.

  • Familiarity with Singapore's statutory labour laws, and openness in learning about international employment law and regulations.

  • Periodic performance and budget analysis and reporting to C-Suite stakeholders (use of Excel analysis preferred).

  • Keeping abreast of relevant market developments, government initiatives and grants, and upskilling opportunities for staff.

  • Ensuring fair implementation and adherence of employee policies firm-wide.

  • Drafting of human resources-related communiques e.g. Letter of Appointments, Award Letters, Company Notices in an articulate and professional manner.

Receptive to Technology

  • Managing and updating of HR database, SOPs/Employee Handbook.

  • Record-keeping and documenting leave, claims, payroll, benefits, insurance in an orderly and timely manner.

  • Track ongoing workloads and project statuses via workflow software.

  • Office Management

  • Promote and maintain acollaborative, open forum of discussion amongst employees of all ranks, backgrounds and disciplines.

  • Ability to manage conflict resolution in a professional and measured manner, while ensuring firmwide compliance of HR policies.

  • Drive initiatives around employee engagement, wellbeing, and company culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and policies

  • Ability to multi-task and open to learning new software skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills especially in spoken and written English.

  • Proficiency in Chinese is required, with Korean proficiency considered an asset. These language skills are necessary to support our Chinese and Korean-speaking employees.

  • Proficiency in BIPO HRIS system preferred and, Microsoft Office, and any workflow management software e.g. Wrike/Monday.com/Asana

  • Love of pets is a must

Salary range:$6-10k + Bonus + Benefits
