Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute public engagement projects focused on nature conservation and sustainability, in collaboration with local partners.
- Proactively identify and establish partnerships with stakeholders to develop new initiatives in Singapore.
- Assist in designing and refining public engagement strategies to promote environmental awareness and action.
- Develop project proposals, reports, and educational materials.
- Manage project communication across digital platforms (website, social media, newsletters) to amplify outreach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in conservation biology, ecology, environmental science/management, sustainability, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in nature conservation, sustainability, or public engagement, with a proven track record in project coordination/management.
- Experience in grant writing, proposal development, and impact reporting.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s ecosystems, biodiversity, and key environmental challenges.
- Familiarity with local environmental policies and stakeholder landscapes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management and basic skills in photography, video production, and poster layout
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project needs.
