In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. Responsibilities include:

  1. Driving business strategic growth from an HR perspective, including headcount planning, partnering with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategy, and evaluating future organization structures;
  2. Supporting leaders to drive high performance, including managing the performance review cycle;
  3. Coaching leaders to build an inclusive culture, analyzing employee engagement survey findings, supporting the delivery of action plans to increase engagement, and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives;
  4. Identifying and supporting the development of key talent to achieve their potential;
  5. Managing the full cycle of performance reviews;
  6. Spearheading change initiatives to deliver business growth and progression;
  7. Identifying opportunities for organizational improvement, developing solutions, and leading their implementation to deliver impact.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HR experience with performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience or strong interest in supporting and collaborating with international colleagues across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience with the ability to drive programs independently.
  • Analytical and data management skills with experience translating data into actionable plans.
  • Knowledge and experience in LD/TD/OD projects in the technology or internet business sectors are preferred.
