Our client is a leading multinational social media company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing regional activation plan against revenue priorities. Successful delivery of activation plans and sales strategies to our vendor teams
• In -quarter enablement of agents/TLs and optimization of program go to market
• Performance management of program KPI’s, to meet and exceed revenue, operational and solution metrics.
• Build a deep understanding of advertiser challenges and opportunities. Generate actionable insights for internal teams.
• Active communication and collaboration with meta internal teams for execution and influencing program outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with min 5 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, advertising, consultancy.
• Experience with end-to-end execution and driving wide cross functional collaboration.
• Experience with Outsourced Sales or experience working & building relationships with outsourced vendors/third parties’ sales, or with Small and Medium Businesses, external sales and marketing partners, or Advertising Agencies is desired.
• Analytical thinker with experience working with data concepts and principles.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving experience.
