About The Job

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive / Executive to join our Campus Support Services Unit. This role provides an exciting opportunity to oversee essential operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient campus environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Management of Service Desk & Call Centre: Monitor service quality and implement improvements for customer satisfaction.
  2. Management of Service Kiosks, F&B Amenities, Vending Machines, and Water Coolers: Assist the manager to coordinate the upkeep and functionality of service kiosks and amenities, ensuring an exceptional user experience. Liaise with vendors to ensure timely replenishments and servicing.
  3. Cleaning Services: Monitor and ensure cleaning standards across campus facilities are maintained. Coordinate with cleaning contractors for routine and ad hoc requirements.
  4. Waste Disposal Management: Assist the manager to implement the waste disposal systems and ensure compliance with environmental guidelines. Assist the manager to implement sustainable waste management practices.
  5. Landscape Maintenance: Ensure service standards are met by landscape contractors.
  6. Pest Control: Oversee pest control activities. Address pest-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and safe campus environment.
  7. Mail, Despatch & Ferry Services: Manage mail distribution, despatch services, and ferry logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  8. Campus Directory & Sign System: Ensure campus directories and signage are updated with clarity. Coordinate design and installation projects as needed.
  9. Outsourced Integrated Facilities Management (IFM): Assist the manager to monitor service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations.
Job Requirements
  • Degree Holder in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field with 5-7 years' relevant working experience in similar operational role
  • Mature, meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
  • Effective interpersonal skills with excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with service desk operations and vendor management is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate well so as to act as liaison and help reach out to stakeholders, such as faculty and admin staff from other departments and divisions as well as associates and other stakeholders
