Job description

Business Development & Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (BDM Focus):
  • Identify and develop new revenue channels (e.g. partnerships, referral networks, corporate clients)
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies, including digital campaigns, in-clinic promotions, and events
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to position clinic services effectively
  • Manage and grow client database and customer engagement initiatives (e.g. loyalty programs, CRM tools)
  • Collaborate with medical team to align services with market demand
Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead scheduling, staffing, and front-desk procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and licensing requirements
  • Implement SOPs and maintain high hygiene, safety, and service standards
  • Handle procurement and inventory of medical and skincare supplies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • 3–6 years’ experience in business development, operations, or clinic management (aesthetic, medical, or wellness industry preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of aesthetic/medical treatments and patient journey is a plus
