Reports to: Design Director
Department: Interior Design

Job Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Support

   • Assist the Design Director in developing mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.

   • Prepare AutoCAD drawings and layout plans under guidance.

   • Prepare Quotation.

   • Conduct research on materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.

2. Project Coordination

   • Help coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for samples and quotations.

   • Track project timelines and update design boards and documentation as needed.

   • Attend site visits and meetings to take notes and support communication if required.

3. Documentation & Administration

   • Assist in preparing client prepare Quotation, project schedules.

   • Maintain and organize design files, sample libraries, and product catalogs.

4. Creative Input

   • Contribute fresh ideas and creative suggestions during brainstorming sessions.

   • Stay updated on design trends and bring relevant insights to the design team.

5. Ad Hoc Duties

   • Provide day-to-day support to the Design Director as needed, including errands, sample sourcing, or design event participation.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about Interior Design.

• Possess strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

• Have experience in AutoCAD or other CAD application and Microsoft Excel is a MUST.

• Fresh Graduates Are Welcome
  No experience? No problem! We believe in nurturing new talent and helping you kick-start a successful career in interior design.

• MUST be able to speak bilingual Mandarin & English to communicate with Chinese speaking contractors.

• MUST be able to work on Saturday / Sunday, to swap off day if required.
