A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage all aspects of accounting and finance. This role involves preparing financial statements, liaising with external parties, and overseeing HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong English communication skills are essential.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages and oversees all aspects of accounting and finance of the business in accordance to the Company’s policies and procedures, and relevant standards, laws and regulations.
Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial statements and reports. Assist in managing the finances of a group of companies.
Liaise with auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, banker and any other external parties / vendors as necessary.
Handle HR administrative tasks, including maintaining staff records and payroll processes.
Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and providing insights for effective planning.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funding for operational needs.
Implement effective credit control measures to improve collections and minimize credit risk.
Perform payment processing, and ensure timely disbursement to suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of Account or Finance related working experience.
Good in writing and speaking of both English.
Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as a team.
