Advanced technology provides companies and investors access to global capital markets. IT designs, builds, and operates the technological infrastructure of Deutsche Börse and 16 other exchanges worldwide. Over 1,000 IT employees implement strategic initiatives through technological applications, ensuring the competitiveness of the entire Group.

The Technical Key Account Management function acts as the single point of contact for Deutsche Börse customers regarding technical consulting and support. As a Technical Key Account Manager, you will serve as an interface to all customers utilizing Deutsche Börse’s technical services. Your role involves a variety of tasks across different departments and projects, working closely with our multinational teams based in Eschborn, Prague, Chicago, and Luxembourg.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customer base in Asia Pacific as a Technical Key Account Manager.
  • Provide technical consultation based on detailed understanding of customers’ technical and organizational setup and business needs.
  • Coordinate changes to customer connectivity to Deutsche Börse’s platforms, including potential improvements to their technical infrastructure.
  • Coordinate release changes and support release management with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist Deutsche Börse customers by answering queries via phone and email, including call logging, ticket creation, and escalation.
  • Support Eurex Trading Operations during Asia time zone for market operations.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Information Technology, Natural Sciences, or Engineering.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, team-oriented attitude, willingness to learn continuously, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Sound analytical skills with a good understanding of and anticipation for customers’ technical requirements.
  • Proactive, independent, goal-oriented, and initiative-driven work approach.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German is a business requirement.
  • Additional IT skills considered advantageous:
  • Profound knowledge of Client-Server Architectures.
  • Good understanding of Network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, Multicast).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP CRM 4/7.
  • Experience with Exchange’s Trading and Clearing IT systems.
  • Knowledge of Exchange-specific HF interfaces and GUI solutions.
