A leading company in interior design is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage the purchasing cycle and liaise with suppliers. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must be Singaporean or Permanent Residents.
Position title: Inventory Coordinator
Location: KB-1, Kaki Bukit
Working Days: 6 days, Monday-Saturday
Working hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Monday - Saturday)
Salary: $2,500-$3,500 (depends on experience)
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage purchasing cycle including issuance of purchase order, requesting for quotation, goods receipt and suppliers billing, and matching of delivery order with PO.
Sourcing of vendors and suppliers.
Sourcing of materials, reviewing price comparisons, and preparing price summaries.
Liaise with suppliers on timely goods delivery.
Maintain and update a list of suppliers and materials summary.
Proper record keeping and tracking of storeroom inventory flows.
Able to work independently.
Willing to work as a team.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Singaporean and Permanent Residents only.
