Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end system implementation projects for Machine Learning Suite (MLS).
• Collaborate with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure solution design compliance with enterprise standards.
• Liaise with application teams across the group and countries to develop enhancements as per technical plans.
• Analyze user requirements and document design decisions and system specifications.
• Plan and execute technical deliverables, including design, development, and testing within schedule.
• Perform data and process mapping with interfacing applications.
• Escalate issues impacting project schedules and propose solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Test, maintain, and recommend software improvements for functionality and optimization.
• Collaborate with support teams for root cause analysis and code review.
• Coordinate with Test Management teams to ensure successful SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing.
• Prepare test cases and data in collaboration with application teams and business users.
• Manage change requests and deployment schedules.
• Provide technical and testing support pre- and post-deployment.
• Coordinate with other IT and business units and manage external vendors for project delivery.
