Your key responsibilities:

  • Implement standard and customized discretionary mandates according to client guidelines including trade execution, rebalancing, liquidation, and other portfolio management tasks.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to ensure timely execution of investment strategies and client reporting.
  • Conduct performance tracking and benchmark comparisons to monitor portfolio health.
  • Update and monitor investment guidelines for portfolios
  • Prepare client-facing materials, including pitch books, review decks, and marketing collateral.
  • Participate in regular investment team to discuss about macro trends, cross asset, portfolio construction and idea generation.
  • Assist in managing and implementing an Asia equity model portfolio, including identifying investment opportunities, conducting equity research and preparing investment report.
  • Handle day-to-day management and servicing of all discretionary accounts,
  • Support cash management across client portfolios.
  • Assist in the review check and certification of marketing materials on behalf of the team
  • Contribute to projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Your skills and experience:

  • A degree holder with at least 3 years’ experience in Equity Research, Discretionary Portfolio management or multi-asset investment role.
  • Good understanding of investment concepts and ability to apply in both written and oral communication
  • Some understanding of multi-asset portfolio construction, equity markets, and other investment products
  • Strong command of the English language and business fluency in Mandarin is needed to read research papers & communicate with Chinese stakeholders.
  • Team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work closely with senior portfolio managers.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task and manage multiple small accounts independently.
  • Proficient in Bloomberg, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Hands-on experience with Asia equity markets and model portfolio management
  • Comfortable in client-facing activities, including preparing and delivering sales pitches to internal stakeholders


Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
