The PITCH

We foster a creative environment where understanding consumer drivers is key. Our Singapore office seeks a passionate Project Director to lead multiple business lines, optimize team output, and collaborate with leadership on team and process improvements.

Here's where you come in.

• Highly organized, motivated, goal-oriented self-starter with agency project management experience, especially in social and digital marketing.
• Ability to develop and implement effective portfolio processes and operations.
• Experience with digital videos, social content, and complex projects.
• Strong leadership skills, relationship-building, and clear communication abilities.
• Partner with department and business leads to manage brand portfolios and lead Project Managers.

Portfolio Management

• Lead large-scale portfolios, collaborating with senior leadership on priorities and processes.
• Define and monitor portfolio approaches, deliverables, staffing, and fees with client and financial teams.
• Understand client objectives and oversee project and financial aspects within portfolios.

Team Management

• Mentor and develop Project Managers for team growth and dynamics.
• Serve as a communication and escalation point.
• Assist in developing departmental processes and training.

Process Management

• Oversee and improve team processes for each portfolio.
• Work with senior leads to maximize operational efficiency.
• Build cross-functional relationships and problem-solve for client delivery.

Project Management

• Provide strategic oversight on marketing and advertising projects.
• Review budgets, plans, and scopes with best practices in mind.
• Assemble optimal teams for each project.

New Client Planning

• Lead discovery and scoping with clients.
• Develop budgets, staffing, and contracts.
• Align stakeholders on onboarding and processes.
• Support initial client engagement phases.

Your Experience

• 10+ years in agency project management.
• Experience with digital/social projects from $10K to $2M+.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Calm problem solver.
• Knowledge of platform guidelines, legal, and social best practices.
• Leadership and mentorship passion.
