REGIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
A Regional Human Resources & Administration Manager is a senior HR leader responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies & administration process across a specific region or multiple locations. The candidate focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring full compliance with labor laws. He/she oversees the planning, coordination and management of all administrative procedures and systems.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies for the region, including workforce planning, talent management, and capacity development.
HR Operations: Oversee and manage HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
Administration Operation: Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company. Office and capacity planning including facilities services and maintenance. Organize and supervise other office activities.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international labor laws and regulations.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a team of HR professionals & Administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management and business leaders to align HR initiatives and company workflow with organizational goals.
Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate HR-related risks.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the HR & Administration budget for the region.
Data Analysis: Analyze HR & Office data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience in HR management, preferably with experience in a regional or international capacity.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Experience in strategic planning and execution.
Ability to manage and develop teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HR systems, workflow management and tools.
Knowledge and experience in ISO certification is an added advantage.
