Job description

A global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification services for commodities industry is seeking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with strong background in business development within the TIC industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales and marketing relevant experience particularly in TIC services related to commodities, mineral trading or applied chemistry.


Sales & Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the commodity trading sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both domestic and international clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored TIC solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sector-focused strategies and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars and trade events to boost brand presence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide timely, effective support to address client inquiries and issues.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate reports on sales performance, client feedback and market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing or business development within the TIC industry.
  • Must have prior experience in the commodities or mineral trading sector
  • Solid understanding of chemical testing and inspection methods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and conversant in Chinese to effectively communicate

with clients in the China market.

  • Strong skills in client presentations, negotiations and contract management.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events.
  • 10.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
  • Salary within S$4,500 to S$6,500/month + commission-based incentives + performance bonus
