About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Procurement Executive with experience in IT, server, and global infrastructure sourcing. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement of servers, cloud services, and data center resources across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for IT hardware, software, and cloud services

Source and procure servers, infrastructure components, and cloud computing resources

Manage procurement activities with designated partners and authorized channels for GPU and server components

Coordinate with global data centers and vendors for scalable infrastructure deployment

Handle vendor negotiations, quotation requests, purchase orders, and contract reviews

Monitor delivery timelines and vendor performance to ensure SLAs and procurement KPIs are met

Maintain procurement records, cost tracking, and supplier databases

Work closely with engineering, IT, and finance teams to align procurement with project timelines and budgets

Stay updated on industry trends, market pricing, and new technology suppliers

Support global expansion of infrastructure by identifying strategic suppliers across regions

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably within the IT hardware or cloud infrastructure

Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure products and services, with familiarity in data center vendors, cloud platforms, and server procurement.

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to manage multiple procurement projects across regions

Familiarity with procurement best practices and industry regulations
