Job summary

Company’s Profile

Our client, a leader in APAC's digital media solutions, is renowned for pioneering first-to-market media innovations. They are ranked second globally and they hold world-class ISO certifications for quality in media systems and products. With a vast and established customer base, they are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Executive to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Location: MacPherson (5 mins walk from Tai Seng MRT)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

  • Supervise the intake, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished products.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels to support production demands.
  • Uphold safety regulations and promote a clean, organized warehouse environment.
  • Liaise with logistics partners to guarantee prompt and reliable shipments.

Production Support

  • Contribute to the development, scheduling, and oversight of daily manufacturing activities.
  • Drive process improvement efforts to enhance productivity and minimize material waste.
  • Partner with the service team to identify and resolve production-related challenges.
  • Foster collaboration across departments, including quality, engineering, and supply chain.
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality assurance protocols and manufacturing standards.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering or related field.
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., ERP or WMS).
  • Forklift license or warehouse safety certifications are a plus.
