Job description

Site Executive (Supervisor)

• Location: Tuas, Transport provided in west MRT station / Transport allowance $120 if possess own transport
• Basic: $2,500 - $2,800
• Working hours: 5.5 Days, Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm

Job Requirements

• Safety Orientations Course (Working in Power Plant and Construction)
• Supervise Work at Height Course (preferred)
• At least 1 year of scaffolding experience in supervising metal scaffold erection
• Knowledge of erecting, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding
• Knowledge of WSH Scaffolding Regulations and Requirements (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure waste collection requirements at the customer site are met.
• Work closely with customer site operations coordinators to understand their needs and clarify requirements.
• Manage projects, liaise with customers on specifications and schedules, ensuring all customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Track and mitigate site risks and issues.
• Manage workers and sub-contractors at project sites; inform the Project Manager of any issues.
• Assist in managing customer care programs, monitor satisfaction, handle complaints, and adapt to changes in customer operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and health policies; review work activities and JSRA.
• Train workers on new job requirements and equipment usage.
• Transport workers to and from sites and assist during emergencies outside office hours.
