About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly driven and motivated Outdoor Sales Executive for our team in Singapore. If you are seeking a place to gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the right opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a significant individual contributor, comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the management team.

This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities
  • Introduce the company’s products or services to potential customers and negotiate sales over the phone or in person.
  • Address customer questions and concerns accurately.
  • Maintain consistency in call quality and service standards.
  • Achieve departmental and individual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Vendor onboarding team for smooth onboarding and account activation.
  • Gather market insights on potential deals.
  • Identify and proactively approach potential clients, building collaborative relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support potential clients effectively.
  • Manage and expand relationships with top restaurant partners and explore growth opportunities.
What You Need To Be Successful
  • 2-3 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in F&B.
  • Proven success in closing deals and managing accounts.
  • Personable, easy-going, and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation skills and an outgoing, motivated outlook.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience in selling IT software solutions is advantageous.
