Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the profitability and growth of the consumer business.
  • Custodian of Brand management, Customer management & Shopper Management at channel & customer level, ensuring synergies among them.
  • Achieve high brand visibility and full distribution of the product portfolio in the consumer business.
  • Manage total trade spend in assigned accounts to target investment levels, analyze & improve ROI.
  • Monitor promotional effectiveness, analyze ROI, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Drive Trade Promotion & Activation, Category Management’s Design/POSM/Trade communication, Events, Promoters, and Sampling.
  • Work closely with Brand Managers to align product/brand messaging and education via primary packaging, trade communication via primary & secondary shelving POSM.
  • Develop, supervise, and improve SOPs to link marketing activities with sales team efforts.
  • Coordinate communication on price, product, placement, and pack changes, including NPD launches, ensuring smooth execution of the 4Ps at channel & customer levels.
  • Custodian for supply forecast between Brand Manager and KAMs (Key Account Managers).
  • Custodian for Nielsen Database – data analysis and operation.
  • Define key sales team tasks and monitor progress regularly.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business / Marketing or related studies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector managing major customer/accounts with a mix of sales and marketing roles.
  • Experience in trade operations and category development or marketing for at least 5 years in the Modern Trade Channel.
