We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to policies and high performance
  • Monitor inventory, food and labor costs, and control expenses
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare reports on sales, labor, and staff performance

Qualifications:
