Job Description

A leading asset management firm is seeking a VP Compliance to report to the Global Compliance Head. The responsibilities include:

• Advising the business on key regulatory impacts from new regulations and regulatory interactions
• Preparing MAS and SGX filings for the entities
• Overseeing and implementing compliance programmes
• Managing relationships with local regulatory bodies and auditors
• Handling staff conflict of interest situations
• Assisting with regular Code of Ethics certifications and fitness and propriety assessments

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8 to 12 years of experience in the asset management space. Experience in real estate is highly preferred.
