Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage payroll processing, administrative tasks, and staff documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR functions, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support various departments. Preference will be given to Singaporeans.

Job description

Human Resource

  • Monthly payroll processing, including CPF and levy calculation, and preparation of payslips.
  • Collaborate with the accountant for submission of CPF payments and staff salary transfers.
  • Manage and maintain records of contracts and agreements related to office space and staff accommodation.
  • Maintain proper records of all HR-related documents.
  • Keep up-to-date records of all necessary staff information.
  • Handle all foreign staff work permit matters, including application and renewal of permits.
  • Manage levy and salary rebate applications as needed.
  • Assist with staff income tax matters, including preparation of IR8A, income tax submissions for foreign staff, and IR21 for departing foreign employees.
  • Perform other responsibilities as an HR Executive.

Administration

  • Handle administrative requests from managers and directors.
  • Assist and support all departments administratively.
  • Perform standard data entry tasks.
  • Manage administrative documents, update, and maintain proper records and filing systems.
  • Answer phone calls, check, and reply to daily emails professionally.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes, then disseminate to attendees.
  • Support the overall operations of the Branch Office.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including preparing documents and filing.
  • Handle office upkeep, such as replenishing stationeries.
  • Support the Chief Representative of the Branch Office.
  • Manage and maintain contracts/agreements related to office, accommodation, and company vehicles.
  • Provide general support to visitors from HQ.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
